Scope and operator

These terms apply to purchases through tanaharonvit.com, operated by Changsha Fannong Network Technology Co., Ltd. Review the product description, order summary and applicable policies before submitting an order. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over any conflicting wording here.

Products and included items

Check dimensions, materials, quantities and intended use before ordering. Screen settings, lighting and normal production variation may affect appearance; this does not excuse goods that materially differ from their description.

Pillow inserts are not supplied with our cover-only listings. Bluebell Notes includes one duvet cover and two shams, without inserts or sheets. Daisy Drift is an outer fabric shower curtain requiring a separate waterproof liner. Morning Trellis panels are light filtering, not blackout. Product-specific information governs the item selected.

Prices and payments

Review item prices, quantities, discounts, shipping and applicable taxes at checkout. Available payment methods are those actually displayed. Payment providers may require authorization or verification.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. We will not change a binding order contrary to applicable law. If a genuine listing or pricing error affects an order, we will explain the issue and any available choice or refund.

Orders and acceptance

An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order unless checkout or applicable law provides otherwise. Fulfillment may depend on payment verification and stock availability.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate resolution, including any refund required. We may address suspected fraud or unlawful transactions, while respecting contractual and consumer obligations.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Request changes promptly. Availability depends on processing status, but mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected. Risk of loss and responsibility for delivery follow applicable law and the order terms.

Use and care

Follow each textile’s care instructions and safety notes. Tablecloths, napkins, towels and placemats are not substitutes for oven mitts or rated trivets. Keep textiles away from flame and relevant heat sources. Do not place decorative covers or throws in infant sleep spaces.

These instructions do not remove our obligations regarding safe, conforming goods.

Liability, disputes and changes

Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. Any permissible limitation applies only to the extent allowed by the law governing the transaction.

Contact service@tanaharonvit.com with a complaint so we can review it. These terms do not remove access to courts or other remedies available under mandatory law. No compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights is created by this page.

We may update these terms for future use. Changes do not retroactively remove binding order obligations or mandatory rights.
